    Our families are sometimes not able to upload required documents and they are not receiving information on why not. If the file size is too big or the file type is not accepted, could the system warn them of that?

    We are in the process of separating the different types of portal options into phases so they can be developed and released in smaller increments. That will help us deliver them in stages, rather than waiting for the entire project to be finsihed & released all together.
