    Descriptive text of the codes for Test Participation may need some updating to match the descriptive text that SIRAS displays particularly codes:

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 06/18/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    Student Data > Programs > Special Education - The Test Participation codes (CSE.PA2, CSE.PA3, and CSE.PA4) were updated according to CALPADS changes. Certain codes are now labeled as NO LONGER IN USE.

  2. CCGI Extract - Should Not Include Del-Tagged STU in the CCGI CourseGradeTemplate

    When the below conditions are met, the CourseGradeTemplate file could include duplicate transcript records for the student:
    -- STU.GR >=6
    -- Both records have Parental Consent
    -- Two STU records in different schools with the same perm id
    -- One record is del-tagged, the other is not
    -- The two STU records have different values in STU.CID (one CID can be a blank)

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 5/7/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    • School Info > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract - The CourseGradeTemplate file included records that were tagged for deletion which caused transcript information to be duplicated in the file. The CourseGradeTemplate file now excludes any records tagged for deletion. See Overview for CCGI.

  3. Use Distinct Colors for Pages/Reports/Favorites & Filters

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 08/13/24. Here are the relevant revision notes: 

    • Aeries Navigation Menu - The Pages, Reports, and Favorites tabs did provide a visual indicator for the selected tab. The selected tab is now shaded a different color to indicate that it is selected. 

  4. Staff Schedule Report for Flex

    Please add a Flex version of the Staff Schedule Report and add some of the same options that were available. Multiple staff rely on this report.

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 5/7/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    Scheduling Process > MST Board (Print Board button) or View All Reports > Master Schedule Board Report - For schools using Flex Scheduling, the following report options were added to provide Flex schools more information about the master schedule and staffing:  See Flex Scheduling - Master Schedule Board

    • Print Room Numbers - will print the room number for the teacher/section from MST
    • Print Section Numbers - will print the section number of the class from MST
    • Print Total Students - will print the total number of students in the section based on the MST total students field (MST.TS)

    Hello, this idea has been completed in the 05/21/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    - School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results

    • The import process now handles the file layout for the STAAR Grades 3-8 2024 test administration, including two new accommodations (word prediction and spell check) and English Learner performance measures.

  8. CRDC ENRL-2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR

    ENR2B for Civil Rights should pull from PGM.CD instead of LAC.SR. LAC.SR is not state reported but PGM.CD is and this will prevent people from having to put the same information in two separate spots.

  9. CDD-801A Extract changes 2024

    The CDD-801A Extract has recent changes published that are impacting the upload process. Some data headers and data elements have been changed. Update the Early Childhood Development page and the 801A extract file to align with these changes.

  10. GRD Tri-fold Report Cards-Move Page Numbers

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 2/23/2024. Here are the revision notes:

    Reports > Grade Report Cards - When printing a trifold version of the report card, the page number printed in the bottom-right corner in the same area used by the USPS for the barcode. The page number was moved to the bottom-left corner to avoid this issue.

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 7/23/2024. Here are the revision notes: Aeries Login Page - For schools with long school names, the field overlapped the Login window, fixed.

    Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 7/2/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    CA:

    Reports > Home Language Survey - The report was added to provide a printable copy of the Home Language Survey questions and answers from online enrollment (LAC.L1, LAC.L3, LAC.L2, LAC.L4) along with legal instructions and electronic signature. The electronic signature is populated from the Survey Completed By (LAC.HCB) and Survey Completed Date (LAC.HLD) fields on the Language Assessment page. A report option allows you to print only surveys that are signed or not signed. The report can be printed in English or Spanish languages. See Home Language Survey Report

    Allow for Preschool Grade Levels Other Than -2. Some districts use grades > 13 to identify Preschool students. In Texas both grades -1 and -2 may include preschool students as defined by CRDC guidelines.

    Student Data > Demographics > (Export) - The TREx AAR Transcript and TREx Student Record exports are now generated using the latest TREx schema version provided by the TEA (1.35).

  20. CALPADS SSID Import Error Email

    As of the 3/30/2023 Aeries update, an error email is generating when using the Aeries Load Identifier process and when not using the new Aeries SSID Match process. The 2nd email should not be sent when loading identifiers.

    Identifiers: Enhancements were made to allow districts that manually load the SSID file without utilizing the SSID Match tool process to proceed without receiving an error message email.
