CALPADS Fall 2 CRSE - Adjust logic for itinerant sections using section staff (SSE)
For schools where section staff members are used (SSE), the itinerant logic needs to be modified to ensure the Class ID field has the same value when the class has multiple teachers according to (MST.MTS). Currently, schools with this scenario is causing CALPADS fatal error CRSE0639F2.

TSDS Ed-Fi - When resource not found errors occur due to a record being removed from the Ed-Fi ODS externally to Aeries, the Ed-Fi Sync process will now remove the invalid resource id information from EFD and create a new record in the ODS.

CALPADS Fall 2 - Adjust logic for Itinerant Teachers
In Flex or section staff schools, logic needs to be adjusted to have the Itinerant Teachers be limited to those staff members that are not Primary Teachers or are not Past Primary Teachers. Adjust the CALPADS Fall 2 logic to prevent past primary teachers from being included as itinerant teachers. Currently, we just filter out staff who are primary teachers (SSE.PR=1). We also need to filter out those that were past primary teachers (SSE.PPR=1).

Fall 2: In Flex or Section Staff only schools, the Itinerant Teacher logic for Fall 2 has been adjusted to no longer extract a record if the Past Primary Teacher is set to ‘Yes’. Now, only staff where the Primary Teacher is unselected (set to No) and the Past Primary Teacher is set to 'No’ will extract as an itinerant section. See Flex Scheduling (CRSE) Extracts

Students with descriptors having a begin date in a prior school year are not extracting and causing the districts to have missing data and/or errors occur in their Fall PEIMS submissions.

School Info > Imports and Exports > Escape HR Custom Import - Logging was added to the process in order to allow identification of issues in the import process. The logging includes the scheduled tasks initiation time, task execution steps, the success or failure of each step with detailed error messages for failures, permissions or access issues encountered, network connectivity status during execution, and any anomalies detected. Ed-Fi System Init and Testing - An Export Successfully Loaded Records to Excel button was added enabling users to extract JSON to Excel for any newly synchronized entities from the Ed-Fi Data (EFD) table, in order to view all synced records.

Scheduling Process > MST Board (Print Board button) or View All Reports > Master Schedule Board Report - For Non-Flex schools, the following report options were added to provide more information about the master schedule and staffing:
Print Room Numbers - If selected, the room number for the teacher and section is printed based on the Master Schedule.
Print Section Numbers - If selected, the section number for the class is printed based on the Master Schedule.
Print Total Students - If selected, the total number of students in the section is printed based on the Master Schedule Total Students field (MST.TS).
Group by Subject Area - If selected, staff are grouped by subject area (CRS.S1) before sorting.

- CALPADS Extracts - The SSID Replacement process was not accepting the Replacement Files due to an extra hidden column used as a filler in Aeries. Now, the process accepts the original file from CALPADS which only contains 5 columns and will load successfully on the SSID Replacement tab. To prevent the error message "Participation program without a participation start date", enhance the report logic to utilize Eligibility Dates instead of Participation Dates when PGM.CD = 307.

- Reports > Student Data > Student Data Audit: In the Validation set for CALPADS Data, for the Programs (PGM) validations, LIP code 307 has now been properly declared in the report, so it is evaluated as an eligibility code. See Student Data Audit report.
- Reports > Student Data > Student Data Audit: A validation has been added under 'Discipline (ADS/DSP)' to evaluate if there are multiple Incident Dates for a single IID affecting multiple students. These records will cause fatal errors in EOY3 submissions. See Student Data Audit report.

CALPADS CTE Course Section Provider Code (MST.TEP)
Per CALPADS Flash #287, field 9.27 - CTE Course Section Provider Code on the Course Section (CRSC) file is no longer being used and has become a “filler” field. Update the logic to exclude data from extracting when field MST.TEP is populated. Remove the green state reporting highlight.
