CALPADS SSID Import Issue as of 8/8/2023
As of 8/8/2023, the CALPADS SSID Extract layout changed and they added a new data element. This is causing the Aeries SSID Import to not import new SSIDs.

Import Test Results - Dates and TA's are Incorrect for some iReady Imports
In certain cases, when importing the iReady data file, the Default Date and Default Testing Administration are incorrect and some student's TST and CST records will use this incorrect information as the date and testing administration for the newly imported record.

CALPADS CRSC file issue for hand entered Transcript records for CTE courses
CALPADS CRSC File is not extracting the Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code and the Content Standards Alignment Code for hand entered CTE Dual Enrollment Courses. Programming needs to be adjusted to extract the data from the Course (CRS table).

CALPADS Extracts (California) - The CRSC extract did not use data in the Courses table (CRS) for the Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code and Content Standards Alignment Code columns, fixed. Data for these columns is now extracted from the CRS table when the transcript record is manually entered for a CTE course and has no matching section in the Master Schedule.

The new code value assigned by CALPADS is 102 with an effective date of July 1, 2022 so that it may be used RETROACTIVELY for students who exited in the 2022–2023 academic year with the new diploma.

Sort Report Card History by Date
Default sort Report Card History by Date.
By default, RCH sorts by Year descending, Term # descending, School # and Type. We just posted summer school report cards to report card history and parents are overlooking the report card because the most recent report card is in the middle of the page.
Would love to have an option to default by date.

CCGI - Error Occurs When District Does Not Have Secondary Enrollment Code
When a district does not have a Secondary Enrollment code defined in the CALPADS Code Translations for enrollment (STU.SP), then an error occurs and the Course_Grade Template file cannot be created.

LTEL Import Process Changes
The Long-Term English Learner (LTEL) file from the California Department of Education has changed as of May 12th, 2023 The file is unable to be processed in Aeries in the CALPADS Extracts - LTEL Import function.
It appears that the layout did not change but the Status code in the file for field 8 has changed for At Risk students.
Previously the code was "AtRisk", in the new files the code is "AR-LTEL".
