Update Reject Analysis Listing Report for Flex
The Reject Analysis Listing Report needs to be updated to pull in Staff instead of Teacher and Flex Periods. Thank you

CALPADS - Extracts need to skip student with only records in Inactives School
Add filtering logic to exclude any student from being included in the extracts if the only student record resides in the school(s) designated on District Settings page as an Inactives School.

CALPADS Extracts - The SENR extract has been adjusted as it could include students, from the inactive school, who withdrew during the summer (exit reason 470) but had a home school code that was selected to extract.

Import Data - Add the ability to include Staff ID when importing TCH records
When using the Import Data to Aeries to import TCH records, if Staff ID is included / mapped, the import skips the records. Importing TCH records is successful when the Staff ID field is not included.

Attendance Management-Periods listed for Notes are not matching calendar for date selected if a custom date is assigned
When selecting to Mass Add a note for a date with a bell schedule that is different then the current date, the period selector under Notes is not adjusting to also look at the same bell schedule, it appears to only be looking at the bell schedule for the current date only. Adjust to display the same period list based on Bell Schedule of selected date.

Attendance Management
In the Mass Add Attendance notes section, the Period drop-down list for Notes was adjusted to look at the Bell Schedule for the selected date, fixed. -
Modify Internship page to hide prior year records, not inactive records.
Because internships are now part of the WBLR extract that happens at the end of the year, many times they are being recorded after the internship has ended. Once the record is saved, it disappears from view, and the user thinks the record didn't save properly, so duplicate records are added.

Student Data > Other > Internships - The Include Inactive Internships option was renamed to Include Prior Year Internships. When selected, all internship records are now displayed, including prior year records with an end date in the past. Previously only inactive records were listed. See Internships.

Transcript - Allow User to Completely Remove Value in Average Mark Field
When the Transcript Average Mark is unlinked or deleted the system will re-populate the field with the value in the Mark field if it is not linked to any other record, or with a recalculated value of the remaining records it is linked with. Customer would like to completely remove the average mark value in a record with no value saved in that field.

Transcripts – Summer schools and summer school terms were being included in mark averaging, fixed. Blank spaces in the repeat tag would prevent mark averaging, fixed. Only local schools are applicable for mark averaging. Records had the potential be added to mark averaging groups when only one of the records had a numeric mark, fixed. -
Immunization - Student Immunization Status Report at the District Level should allow multiple schools selected
Can we have the ability to select multiple schools on the Student Immunization Status Report at the district level? It only allows me to select one school at a time, which defeats the purpose of it being run at the district level.

5) Student Immunization Status – This report will now include the COVID-19 vaccination requirement if it has been configured. Also, when run at the District, multiple schools can now be selected for this report. -
Student Attendance - Add Teacher Under Course in Flex Attendance
In the Flex Student Attendance page please add the teacher name under the course title. This would be helpful for attendance clerks to see the teacher name right there.
46 votesHello, a fix for this issue was released on 07/16/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Data > Attendance - For schools using Flex Scheduling, the following features were added to enhance functionality:
- The Options button was added which opens a window providing the following settings:
- Show Flex Period Time - If selected, the period start and end times are displayed in H:MM format. The setting remains saved even after leaving the page or logging out of Aeries.
- Show Teacher - If selected, the teacher names are displayed.
- The section number is now displayed next to each course.
- The current date is highlighted in yellow.

CRSC extract creating Course Section ID greater than 10 characters in some instances
In some cases, the system-generated Course Section ID is greater than 10 characters. Specifically this seems to be happening when a course taken at a community college has the HIS.SDE field populated, and the student's enrollment includes a Home Reporting School code. It's that combination of things that's causing the system-generated Course Section ID is greater than 10 characters. Courses reported for other schools don't have that issue, probably because it's the trigger for the Reporting Home School that's adding two additional characters in front of the Course Section ID.

School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts
- The CRSC and SCSC extracts generated a fatal error when the Section ID exceeded 10 characters for students with dual enrollment where the section ID for a college course was virtualized. The name in the course section ID is now reformatted to prevent the error.

Add Final Average to Grade Report Mark Verification Listing
Add a final average to the Grade Report Mark Listing for teachers to be able to verify the student's final grade. This is used at our district for pass/fail indicators and grade promotion. The final average would average the 1st. semester grade and 2nd. semester grade.

This report is available for schools with a final yearly grade mark defined. The report provides all student grades earned for courses with the same service id for the entire year. Calpads Extract EOY
Would it be possible to put the names of the extracts under the "create files" for EOY like you have had in the past? It looks a bit confusing as to which files fall under the current way it's set up.

Add start and end dates to SSE table
It would be extremely helpful to capture start and end dates for staff members under section staff members on a class section. This would help with identifying which teacher was in the classroom on a specific day and when the new teacher/sub took their place.

Master Schedule Error Report - section does not have a Primary Teacher
Create a master schedule error report, or create a default data validation to identify sections that do not have a primary teacher associated with them.

Scheduling > Scheduling Master Schedule Error Report (Flex): A new report option, Print MST Errors, was added to identify errors in the MST table. When Print MST Errors option is selected, the report header will display Master Schedule Error Report (Flex). The following error validations will apply:
- Missing Flex Period: Section is missing MST.FSQ.
- Invalid Flex Period: Flex Period does not match the school year based on LOC.E.
- Missing Class Calendar: Section is missing MST.CSQ.
- Invalid Class Calendar: Class Calendar does not match the school year based on LOC.E.
- Missing Primary Teacher: No SSE record with PR = 1.

Immunizations Report show legal name
The Immunizations Report and blue card doesn't show the legal name but it is being requested for legal purposes. Can it default to legal name or have an option to print it with the legal name?

Create CALPADS SPRG 185 Records for TK from Student TK Grade Enrollment instead of PGM
Using PGM to generate SPRG 185 records for TK students is redundant as Aeries already has the -1 grade level for TK students. Adjust the CALPADS SPRG extract to process student ATT/ENR data for the TK Grade Level to generate SPRG 185 records. PGM 185 could still remain and continue to work, but schools should have the option to not use PGM.

The SPRG extract has been enhanced to handle program code 185 for Transitional Kindergarten students. No records will be needed in PGM. The program records will be dynamically inserted into the SPRG extract for those students who need it, with appropriate beginning and ending dates.

Transcripts allow the More fields to display
When adding a single transcript record, the more fields and the Dual Enrollment Credit School (College Level Courses) field does not display. You have to first save the record, then edit, click More, and enter the Dual Enrollment Credit School (or other more fields). Two step process could be a one step process = saves time!

- Transcript - The Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours fields will now display on the screen when adding a new record, after a course number is populated and the course has a course level flagged with Course Level 23-College Credit Only or 24-Dual Credit. Previously the fields were not displayed until the record was saved which required the user to edit the record again to complete the data entry.

Add Crs Filter to Scheduling Reverse Verification Listing Report
On Print Scheduling Reverse Verification Listing Report add a filter right underneath Select Courses to be used if not all. Since Courses are Districtwide most Districts have hundreds of courses.

Allow parents to access Video SSRs in the Portal
ETS is now making personalized video SSRs available (for a fee) to Districts. They would like to be able to have the parents access them in the Parent Portal, similar to how they can access the printed Score Reports (SSR)
