Search Courses by State Course ID
It would be very helpful to be able to search courses by state course ID directly within the Courses tab, not just by the local course ID.
12 votesThe ability to search for courses by State Course Code (CA) and Service ID (TX) on the Courses page has been completed in the 04/04/2024 update. A similar update will be coming in this Quarter (Qtr 2) for the Course Requests/Schedule page as well.

CA: Scheduling Process > Courses - The course search feature was enhanced to allow users to more easily retrieve a course by Course ID, Course Title, State Course Code, or State Course Code description. The feature now includes pagination, column sorting, and the ability to include or omit inactive courses. See Course documentation.

Student Programs Report needs an option for "Active Programs Only"
The Student Program Report is printing information for programs that have an end date. When the report is run for the Transitional Kindergarten program, it shows results for students who were in the program the previous school year and have since had an end date added. An option needs to be added to only display Active/Current program information.

Allow tooltips that show the query code for a field.
This is a feature that used to be activated on the SQL version of Aeries. It would be such a time saver to be able to hover the cursor over a field and have the table and field query field code pop up.
1 voteWe are currently working on a project to have table and field overlays for every page in our system. This is partially completed already, but will continue to be worked on throughout this year. These are accessible via the table and field icon in the top right corner.
