  1. Gradebook by Calendar view

    It would be nice to be able to see the assignments in a calendar view so I know when I have things due, or have too many assignments due on a particular day.

  2. Grade Statistics for all classes for an assignment

    Run a grade statistics report (average score, hi, low...) for an assignment that spans all linked gradebooks. For example, if I have a test I would like to see what the average is for ALL my sections, not just one class.

  3. Report that counts the number of assignments that apply to each standard

    When pushing an elementary gradebook to grade reporting, it would be nice to know the number of assignments that counted for a specific grade. The goal is to balance assignments among the standards

  4. Show assignment # in assignment pull down menu.

    Make looking for assignments easier by showing the assignment number along with the written description in the assignment pull down menu.

  5. Allow Rules to apply to rubric gradebooks

    Allow teachers the option to create rules to drop a certain number of low scores from each category (or standard) in a rubric-style gradebook. This would remove those scores for consideration from the averaging (or linear regression) calculation. This could be a district or teacher setting.

  7. Allow selected all categories in gradebook rules when using weighted categories

    When using weighted categories, allow all categories to be selected under gradebook rules. Currently, this seems to be available when using non-weighted grading.

  8. "Extra Credit" Gradebook Assignment Issue

    Gradebook Assignments:  Prevent anything but numeric values to be entered as a score if the assignment is an "Extra Credit" assignment.  Only allow teacher to enter numeric values and not % values.  

    When % values are entered for an  "Extra Credit"  assignment and then the assignment is changed to a regular assignment with a Max score, the score is not adjusting correctly.

  9. Provide a District Option to Hide the "Delete" button on the Manage Students page from teachers

    Teachers are now able to delete a student from their gradebook, which causes all of that student's grades, attendance, etc. to be deleted. In Texas, we prefer to have the option to turn that functionality off and just have the system add/drop students as needed.

  10. As an Independent Study teacher it would be AMAZING if we could share grade books with multiple teachers

    For each grade book there could be multiple teachers assigned to it.

  11. Class Roster Optiont to Print Grade Roster does not recognize the school terms

    When printing the Class Roster Report and choosing the Grade Roster option, the roster does not recognize the school terms. It lists quarters and semesters in a trimester school. Per Cam, it's a throwback from CS and to put in Ideas.

  12. Gradebook Summary with the Assignment Titles Across the Top

    The gradebook summary currently only prints assignment number across the top, the student then has to cross-reference the number with the key that has assignment number and name (on a separate page) This is currently a waste of paper and many students can cross-reference this incorrectly.

  13. Scores by Standard does not Honor the Hide Dropped Students Gradebook Option

    The Scores by Standard view still displays the dropped students even though the gradebook option to Hide Dropped Students is selected.

  14. Allow links in Gradebook!

    Instead of just allowing attachments, I would like to be able to link to a Google doc or Google slides, or even to a website or other online resource.

  15. Make comment boxes on assignments larger so it is easier to read when inputting grades

    The box is too small, and I want to be able to read through the comments to check for spelling typos, etc.

  18. Gradebook - Filter assignments by category option for Teacher and Portal

    Add an option to have all assignments in view by both teacher and parent to be viewed by category instead of date.

  20. Stay on current student

    If I'm working on a current student through multiple gradebooks in elementary, the default should not go back to the start of the alphabet when I change gradebooks. It should stay on the student.
