  1. Please allow users to see all students in that period on the same page in the gradebook.

    In the last Aeries version, I was able to see my entire period on one page in the grade book. Now I have to scroll several times to enter grades. This slows down my grading process.

  2. Display both points and percentage in Scores by Class for every grade entered

    It is helpful when showing students their grades to have percentages, not just meaningless points on that screen. Also, you used to be able to input a percent and get the points automatically (because both were displayed). Now if you want to give a student an 85% you need to use a separate calculator to enter it as points.

  3. One-click (assignment) sorting in Scores by Class screen

    In Scores by Class screen, be able to click once to sort scores (ascending/descending) on an INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT. We used to have this feature!

    I want the TA feature back! I used to be able to allow access to TAs yet limit what they were able to enter or manipulate.

  5. Allow easier transition between students on student grade page

    Rather than only being allowed to choose students from the top drop down menu (when entering grades by student) it would be great to have next / previous arrows to navigate more efficiently between kids.

  6. Gradebook Missing Assignment Report - combine gradebooks to same page and email

    When running Gradebook Missing Assignments by Student report or emailing parents grades, multiple subjects for elementary students need to be combined like it was in the previous version. Wasting paper and sending parents 10 emails instead of 1 doesn't work. This can use hundreds of pieces of paper and send many emails to parents depending on how many gradebooks the teacher has.

  7. Random Student Generator

    I would like to have the option to generate random lists of student names that can be used to call on students for various things.

  8. Missing assignment emails should be all inclusive like it was in ABI.

    Missing assignment emails should be all inclusive like it was in ABI. A parent should not receive a separate email for each gradebook. As well, if the teacher prints out a missing assignment report, we should not get a separate sheet for each gradebook.

  9. Allow for a checkmark symbol as a narrative grade

    Would like to be able to indicate with a checkmark symbol that an assignment was completed satisfactorily even though it will not factor into the grading.

    Allow teachers to create list of comments that can be used and chosen from a drop down menu.

  12. Add the Assignment Analysis Histogram (score distribution) feature. We use for collab. comparisons

    ABI had a feature under Assignment Analysis that allowed for printing score distributions. It also had the assignment stats at the top. We used this for assignment review and compare during our collaboration time at OHS. Without this feature we are hand drawing distributions or exporting to Excel and running distributions. Both are slow and cumbersome.

  13. Printing Summary - multiple classes

    Printing Grade Book Summary for multiple linked classes.
    Instead of clicking the same assignments to print for EACH grade book, can we get "print same assignments for ALL grade books" option.

    Go to FIRST hour, click UNSELECT ALL click assignment 10, 11, 12, 13...
    Then to SECOND hour, do the same thing... then third hour.. then fourth...

    Do it once and then Use settings for all linked classes?

  14. Flag Students in Programs

    I would like the ability to flag students as RSP, ESL or GATE.
    Visible when entering grades.

    Would be nice to be able to SORT by this, or make a report printing out JUST RSP student's grades, or just ESL students.

    RSP & ESL teachers supporting at risk kids - they have access to their grades, but need to look up each kid individually. As a General Ed teacher, I would like to be able to print off their grades, give it to the RSP teacher and they know everything they need to know.

  15. Allow teacher to customize Avery Labels reports

    Allow teachers to decide what information is printed on labels (names only would be great). This would be a great time saver when labeling students' items in class/ folders/ writing portfolios, etc.

  16. Allow teachers to print attendance seating charts for a future date and still have the attendance options show up.

    I am trying on a Friday to print attendance sheets for my sub for an absence on Monday. I can print up class lists, but I can't print up anything that shows the attendance options for the sub to easily mark. This is also difficult because we have students changing classes Monday and I can't get an attendance sheet Friday to show my new classes on Monday.

  17. Backup grade changes

    Another program I used had a backup link that showed when grades for each student/assignment were entered and tracked any changes to the grade. This allowed me to recover when a student obtained my password and changed their own grades.

  18. Gradebook by Calendar view

    It would be nice to be able to see the assignments in a calendar view so I know when I have things due, or have too many assignments due on a particular day.

  19. Student Gradebook Search Option with link to gradebook

    There needs to be a way to search students by name in the gradebook to figure out which gradebook(period) they are in. Currently you have to go to the main menu to look up period and then go to gradebooks and select the class.

  20. Allowing teachers to send emails to classes by marking specific classes. Not having to choose all then delete not recipients.

    When sending mass emails. We can not choose specific classes. Its either one at a time or all at a time. Should be able to choose classes to receive and email.
