Gradebook Missing Assignment Report - combine gradebooks to same page and email
When running Gradebook Missing Assignments by Student report or emailing parents grades, multiple subjects for elementary students need to be combined like it was in the previous version. Wasting paper and sending parents 10 emails instead of 1 doesn't work. This can use hundreds of pieces of paper and send many emails to parents depending on how many gradebooks the teacher has.

Our Elementary teachers have also asked for this feature and would also like to be
able to select what dates are on the missing assignment report. -

Create one report that shows a student's class periods and all missing assignments, so that not every student gets 5 reports- only 1.
