Student Group in Search Inconsistency
From User view, it is clearly documented that a KEEP process is occurring when selected. The verbiage "Records are being Skipped" displays in the navigation tree. However, when a Teacher searches from the group list (one of their periods), there is no mention of a KEEP. And when selected, there is no indication that “Records are being Skipped”. Seems the interface reflect the same thing in both scenarios.

Allow teachers to prevent their Google Classroom assignments and scores from being included in the nightly import sync
As of 08/28/2020 districts may automatically sync all Google Classroom assignments and scores, or none with the nightly sync. It would be very helpful if a teacher could "opt-out" of this nightly sync, or "opt-in" if the nightly sync not enabled. Would be perfect to be do-able on a per-gradebook basis.

Adding Assignments - Allow for a Gradebook to default to a Standard
I have a Classwork Gradebook for work completion. The standard attached to the assignments is always the same. It would be faster if I didn't have to add the standard every time - if there was a option for it to be automatically defaulted to that standard every time.

Cumulative requests by student
Add a tab that would allow us to log records requests under each individual student - not in one large file for the whole school. It is easier to locate and track.

Add Scheduling Group and ability to sort to the Gradebook Scores by Class page
Add the ability to add the Scheduling Group field to the Gradebook Scores by Class page. Also add the ability to sort by this field.

Mobile App - Add the ability to edit the notification message for the PDC reminder.

Gradebook Pass Back Order of Operations Checklist
Gradebook Pass Back Order of Operations Checklist pops up when Teachers select under Gradebook Options an option for LMS Gradebook Pass Back (this too needs to be created).
Checklist appears to the right of the Gradebook Options when selected. Radio buttons for Teachers to check off as they complete their set up steps to prevent errors and bookmark where they left off at their set up.1 vote -

I as an administrator would like to be able to send weekly progress reports home to parents instead of asking teachers.

Add a Date Refresh to the Manage Students Page in Gradebook
Currently in Gradebook, if a teacher creates a gradebook and selects only a single or two trimester terms instead of all three, then consequently selects the third trimester, the end date for the students doesn't automatically update based on the term end date. It would be nice to have a "mass fill date" or "refresh date based on current term selection" option on that page.

Gradebook Summary with the Assignment Titles Across the Top
The gradebook summary currently only prints assignment number across the top, the student then has to cross-reference the number with the key that has assignment number and name (on a separate page) This is currently a waste of paper and many students can cross-reference this incorrectly.

Parent Portal and Contact field level security
In parent portal, when you disable field level security for the Contact fields Fingerprint Status and Fingerprint Date the fields become disabled but the field headers still show.

Scores by Standard does not Honor the Hide Dropped Students Gradebook Option
The Scores by Standard view still displays the dropped students even though the gradebook option to Hide Dropped Students is selected.

Allow all attendance types at all school types
Our K8s need to be able to support both Daily and Period attendance, and switch between the attendance types to allow the schools to be a single school

Rule to allow the maximum score between two categories
We have a few teachers that would like to be able to define a rule to only count the maximum score out of several categories.
So the simplified statement of the rule would be "Count the maximum score between "Quizes," "Tests," and "Exams" for all three categories.

Adding Mass Add Assignment
Creating a Mass Add Assignment option for Gradebook so teachers can create class participation everyday. Or homework every day. Exit ticket etc.

Add an option to the Gradebook Assignments By Student report to Show Assignment Description like the one available in Gradebook Summary.

Student Photo Report that honors a KEEP query
Create a report, (other than class rosters or student data printout), that will produce a sheet with students pictures from a KEEP query.
