Gradebook Assignment Extra Credit option
When gradebook assignments are designated to have 0 points, please disable extra credit as the default when 0 points are assigned. Students are getting confused thinking an assignment is zero points, and it's confusing teachers as well.

You can create a category that is "Ungraded". This will allow you to enter "0" points and the extra credit does not default,
