We are re-evaluating this idea to determine if the ASVAB scores can be imported into Aeries. We are gathering feedback from our customers that could help us move forward with this request.
- What type of file is received, is it in a specific format. txt, csv, excel or does it have options?
- Is there an option to receive information, such as a birthdate, and Last Name, First Name and Middle name in separate columns?
- If your district can provide us a recent copy of the ASVAB results file received that comes directly from Military Testing, unaltered, please submit a ticket with the attached file so we can evaluate the data in the file.
- Is only having the AFQT score imported enough? Do subgroups need to be included? Note that only the AFQT score is being collected in ECDS (i.e., the results for all sections are not being collected).

We are in the process of separating the different types of portal options into phases so they can be developed and released in smaller increments. That will help us deliver them in stages, rather than waiting for the entire project to be finsihed & released all together.

This is a feature that is offered in the Synergy SIS and is a great way for students to correctly state their name for teachers or other staff members. By offering this feature, students are better able to feel included in the classroom environment while also avoiding the shame of having their name mispronounced.
