    This creates significant issues. Teachers and registrars may believe grades have been successfully submitted when they have not, resulting in inaccurate grades appearing on student transcripts. This, in turn, leads to additional work to correct the transcripts and causes frustration for students whose grades are later changed once the issue is identified and resolved.
