   Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 8/24/2023 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

   • Early Childhood Education - For California users, the EESD 9600 application and CDD801A extract now support the 2023-2024 income guidelines. Also, the download button for CDD801A, ROP, and TOPS Pro Extracts is now displayed without obstruction. See Early Childhood Development EESD application.

2. Foster Details Page - Allow all districts to view this page

   Currently only Orange County districts have access to the Foster Details page. Remove restrictions so all customers have access to the page.

   Foster Details – The page was added for all districts. See Foster Details documentation:

3. Special Program -- Tribal Foster Youth (code 193) State Highlighting needs to be adjusted

   Special Program Tribal Foster Youth (code 193) is an Eligibility program but the Participation dates are highlighted. The State Reporting highlight needs to be changed to highlight the Eligible dates.
