  2. CCGI Extract - Do Not Include Concurrent Enrollment Students in StudentTemplate File

    Adjust the CCGI Extract to handle concurrent enrollment records in this manner for the extracted files:
    StudentTemplate - include students once with their primary enrollment school
    TestGradeTemplate - include students once with each of their college test score records
    CourseGradeTemplate - include students once with each of their transcript records AND include students with each of their work in progress (i.e., current classes) records regardless of enrollment status

    Sorry for the late notice, but this work item was released to our customers back in May of 2024. Here are the relevant Revision Notes:

    • School Info > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract - For students concurrently enrolled in more than one school, the extract now associates students only with their primary enrollment school in the StudentTemplate and TestGradeTemplate files, but includes all of their work-in-progress classes from primary and secondary enrollment schools in the CourseGradeTemplate file. 

  3. Import Test Results - Update NWEA Map to 2023/24 year

    Update the NWEA Map to the 2023/24 school year and add the new test parts:
    ID - MAPLUSE Part - Writing: Write, Revise Texts for Purpose and Audience
    ID - MAPREAD Part - Literatura
    ID - MAPREAD Part - Texto literario
    ID - MAPREAD Part - Texto Informativo

  4. CCGI Extract - Should Not Include Del-Tagged STU in the CCGI CourseGradeTemplate

    When the below conditions are met, the CourseGradeTemplate file could include duplicate transcript records for the student:
    -- STU.GR >=6
    -- Both records have Parental Consent
    -- Two STU records in different schools with the same perm id
    -- One record is del-tagged, the other is not
    -- The two STU records have different values in STU.CID (one CID can be a blank)

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 5/7/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    • School Info > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract - The CourseGradeTemplate file included records that were tagged for deletion which caused transcript information to be duplicated in the file. The CourseGradeTemplate file now excludes any records tagged for deletion. See Overview for CCGI.

    Update the iReady import to honor the 2023/24 file headers.

  6. CCGI - Error Occurs When District Does Not Have Secondary Enrollment Code

    When a district does not have a Secondary Enrollment code defined in the CALPADS Code Translations for enrollment (STU.SP), then an error occurs and the Course_Grade Template file cannot be created.

  8. Import Test Results - Dates and TA's are Incorrect for some iReady Imports

    In certain cases, when importing the iReady data file, the Default Date and Default Testing Administration are incorrect and some student's TST and CST records will use this incorrect information as the date and testing administration for the newly imported record.

  10. UC ELC - TES Extract - Option to include Graduated Seniors

    Every fall the TES extract needs to be run in the prior year database to gather all of the 9th-12th grade transcript records for that year. Currently the TES extract only includes the records of active students. Please add an option to include students with certain inactive statuses, such as "Graduated".

  13. CCGI Extract Does Not Include Duplicate Transcript Records in Same Term

    The CCGI extract ignores the second course a student takes with the same course code, mark, credits attempted and credits completed in a single semester (we use F/S). Our quarter classes are not extracting correctly. The quarter classes are added to the transcript with the semester term values of 1 and 2, so some students will have 2 records with the same year, course code and term for their quarter classes. When these students receive the same mark for both quarters, then the 2nd mark will not be included in the CCGI Extract.

    A fix for this issue was released on 10/26/2023. Here are the revision notes:

    CCGI Extract - The extract only created one CourseGradeTemplate record for students with multiple transcript records with the same grade and year. Now the extract includes all transcript records.
