I specifically came here to see if anyone else had this idea as well. Currently, the lack of margin control forces us to print two pages per letter, which is a significant waste of resources. Manually selecting 'double-sided' for each individual record is incredibly tedious and inefficient.
By allowing users to customize margins, we could consolidate our content to a single page. This would significantly reduce our paper and toner consumption -saving the district money- and reclaim hours of staff time each week, as we process a wide variety of letters on a regular basis. Adding a 'Page Setup' feature would be a massive improvement for high-volume users.

This would be extremely helpful for our school. It would help eliminate us having to make paper copies for lunch counts everyday. We usually make one copy for the teacher to take the lunch counts in the morning and then we make a copy of those for the cafeteria.
An edit button would be great; currently, we have to call the cafeteria to update them whenever any kids arrive to school late and want lunch.
Our school offers 4 lunch options everyday and the students sign-up for what they specifically would like. But we also need the cafeteria to be able to directly link the lunch with the student so they know who to charge.

Our team runs a ton of SARB and Illness letters every week, and we’re constantly running into the same issue: the lack of margin control. It’s so frustrating when a letter is just a tiny bit too long and pushes the principal’s signature onto a second page by itself.
It is incredibly tedious to have to go through one letter at a time to try and print them two-sided just to save paper. It’s not just about the printing, though; it also makes a mess of our digital filing. When we’re referring students to SARB, uploading and tracking two separate pages for a single letter in the SARB portal is a total headache. Adding a 'Page Setup' or a way to tweak margins would let us fit everything on one page, saving us a lot of time and district resources. Is anyone else dealing with this?
