   For the sake of getting accurate data and having to avoid running queries on the side and do work-arounds, this would be extremely helpful and facilitate the grading validation process and also put less stress on the campus clerks.

    This is a great idea. However, I would add the importance that this new page be linked to the original page where the information is entered so that users would not have to enter the same information on more than one page as it currently happens with a lot of entries.
