Hello, I wanted to let you know that the following development was completed as part of the changes for Expanded Learning Programs and shipped on 6/24/2025.
Here are the relevant revision notes:
New Year Rollover:
- For California districts, data in the following tables will roll over for records with start dates on or after July: Supp Att Calendar (ATC), Supp Att Assignments (ATA), Supp Att Data (ATD).
School Info:
- Configurations > District Settings:
- A new district setting titled “Supplemental Attendance Program Codes for Attendance Recovery” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.
- A new district setting titled “Expanded Learning Programs” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.

An update has been posted to the Known Issue Informational Post regarding Attendance Recovery LINK
3/27/26 - Coming Soon:
Final testing is being conducted on a large update to Attendance Recovery process, which will allow accurate tracking of earned versus utilized time.
Key changes will include:
- Attendance Recovery hours earned are stored at the session level and will be summarized for reporting.
- When an absence is recovered, Minutes Utilized are automatically tracked on the attendance record (ATT.AMU).
- A new Attendance Recovery Bank (ARB) page will be available for California districts, providing a read-only view of all students' AR summary data. Currently only students who have ATD records linked to Attendance Recovery will be visible on this page. We are planning a further enhancement to allow showing all students with recoverable absences on this page.
- A Mass Calculate button on the ARB page will allow authorized users to trigger recalculation of…

Hello, the following changes were made to the CCGI Extract pages on the 4/1/26 release. Most notable is the ability to schedule the extracts to generate automatically. The ability to automatically send these files via SFTP to CCGI is almost done and will be released as soon as it passes final testing with CCGI. Here are the relevant release notes:
- School Options > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract: A new Configure Scheduled Process button was added to the Files tab. When selected, Days of the Week and time can be entered and saved. When enabled, the CCGI extract files will automatically be created and saved to the local drive settings. Please note: We are almost finished with the process to automatically send scheduled files via SFTP to CCGI. It will be released as soon as it passes final testing.
