This clarification message was added to the SUN Bucks communcation pieced linked earlier, so we are adding it here to maintain consistency as to our plans:

There seems to still be some confusion, so we are clarifying out intended actions, as many comments added to this idea cover a wide variety of requests:
We are planning development during the current quarter to make specific upgrades to allow recording in Aeries which students were designated as Free or Reduced based on the UBA (and not the NSLP Application) via a new Source Code. Also, in the same way that districts can make the NSLP application available for download in the parent portal, a customized UBA could also be uploaded into the Parent Portal so they can access it to fill out.
The actual collecting of the UBA, analyzing the responses, assigning the status to a student, and conducting audits would…

Add Print Option for Report Cards to be sorted by Grade, Counselor, or Period for sites that prefer to deliver them to students in person.

Our graduating seniors are allowed access to their portal accounts for 6 months after graduation. I would like to see the XD field in the PWA table activated and a configuration allowing us to set the amount of time from the student's exit to account expiring expiration.
