CCGI Extract Does Not Include Duplicate Transcript Records in Same Term
The CCGI extract ignores the second course a student takes with the same course code, mark, credits attempted and credits completed in a single semester (we use F/S). Our quarter classes are not extracting correctly. The quarter classes are added to the transcript with the semester term values of 1 and 2, so some students will have 2 records with the same year, course code and term for their quarter classes. When these students receive the same mark for both quarters, then the 2nd mark will not be included in the CCGI Extract.

CCGI Extract - The extract only created one CourseGradeTemplate record for students with multiple transcript records with the same grade and year. Now the extract includes all transcript records.

CCGI - Error Occurs When District Does Not Have Secondary Enrollment Code
When a district does not have a Secondary Enrollment code defined in the CALPADS Code Translations for enrollment (STU.SP), then an error occurs and the Course_Grade Template file cannot be created.

CERS Student Groups – The page now allows scheduled processing.
The Scheduled Process tab was added to allow setting up the day and time when the CERS Extract is generated. The extracts to be included in the process can be specified when the profile is created or edited.

Update Import Test Results for ELPAC 2019-20 Data Changes
Update the Import Test Results process for the ELPAC test to allow for the deletion of select incomplete tests and the insert/update of other ELPAC test results.

Special Ed Data Import – There is a new option to configure Extended Fields for this process. These are additional fields that the vendor would add to the data files, which can be mapped to fields in the CSE and CSV tables. -
CCGI - Error Occurs when there are no Students to Extract to the Course_Grade Template
When no students are set to be included in the Course_Grade template, the CCGI process never completes.

Special Ed (CASEMIS) Import - Add Grad Plan Field
Please bring back the ability to import the Grad Plan (CSE.GP) in the CASEMIS Import process. It used to be available in the pre-2018 version. SEIS is able to add the field to the nightly import and it would be easier to have the data imported rather than someone maintaining the field by hand.
