Adjust PFT error report to remove Body Composition errors
The Body Composition (Height/Weight/BMI) data is not being collected for the current SPRG22 administration. If the Body Composition Fields are not selected on the set up page, there should be a way to run PFT Error reports without these warnings. An option to hide these specific warnings instead of hiding ALL warnings should be added similarly to the option to Hide Race/Ethnicity Warnings.

Report for TDHS annual report of Vision,Hearing,Scoliosis Data
All Texas districts pull medical data from their SIS (Aeries or otherwise) and manually input it to the state site. Krum's old SIS had a report? that would pull all of this for them. They would like to have the same programmed into Aeries. We have some SQL queries bulit that will pull the data. But it must be manipulated in Excel to get the necessary TOTALS for each item for each Grade level.

Printing Grade Report Cards when sorting by period does not work for Flex Scheduling. It is not sorting by Flex Period correctly and the Teacher name does not print.

Using Seating Chart Report for COVID Contact Tracing
Covid testing students who were sitting in the vicinity of a positive tested student need to be identified
The new and improved seating charts would be a great tool to assist with the process.
If a teacher creates their seating chart based on the Attendance by Photo - Old, then administrators are able to run the Classroom Photo/Seating Chart report. The newest version attendance by photo seating chart does not print.
Is there any means for us to make this capability available to anyone other than teachers? Admin, Office staff?21 votesThe 9/14/2021 version of Aeries includes the ability for office staff to print the “new” seating chart for a given class. District Year to Date Attendance (YTD) Report
The Year to Date Attendance (YTD) Report when run from the District - remove the District option in the school selection dropdown; individual schools print at the District level and that functionality should be kept

Student Assertive Discipline Report - add option to not page break by student
Student Assertive Discipline Report, there is not an option to choose whether you want to have a page break on each student. The report only prints one page per student. The customer needs the option to say No to one page per student, so that all students print on one page.

CSU/UC Eligibility Reports - Option to Hide SAT Statement
Add option on CSU and UC Eligibility reports to hide the SAT statement:
*** When applying to colleges, be sure to submit the original SAT scores since the scores on this report may be translated ***
Currently UCs and CSUs are not requiring official SAT reports.

CSU Eligibility – This report has been updated to meet CSU’s new requirements for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years. Also, the message on this report regarding pre-2016 SAT scores has been removed.
UC Eligibility – This report has been update to meet UC’s new requirements for A-G credit completion during spring and summer of 2021. Also, the message on this report regarding pre-2016 SAT scores has been removed.
College Entrance Requirements – This page has been updated to meet CSU’s new requirements for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years. Also, reports on this page have been consolidated into a single area. See College Requirements Form and Entrance Tests

SELA Conflict Report - Would Like Option to Include Inactives AND Skip Pre-Enrolled
In the SELA Conflict Report "Include Inactive Students" and "Pre-Enrolled" are considered the same type of tag in the results when running the report. The tag types are not the same. You would rarely want to run a report to include students who were Pre-Enrolled but never attended. You would likely want to include those who were with you but are now Inactive because you reported their data to CALPADS and want to audit the data.

SELA Conflict Report – The report has been adjusted to handle Adult English Learner (ADEL) language fluency. Also, it now supports KEEP / SKIP, school selection (when logged at the district and not running the report from the CALPADS page), and the ability to skip Pre-School (PS) grade level.

Golden State Seal Merit Diploma - Add CA Science Test Criteria
The Golden State Seal Merit Diploma (GSS) has added the CA Science Test (CAST) in grades 10 or 11 as an additional method to demonstrate mastery in Science. Please add this to the Golden State Seal page.

Summons call slips enhancements
Summons call slip enhancements - 1) Student name needs to be larger and bold. 2) Clerk is stating if they are filtering by period, teacher, section, etc for a group of students, the summons should have clearly visible the room number to where it should be delivered based on the filter. 3) They should also be sorted alpha by room number for the filter that was used.

CALPADS Programs Reference by Student
The report has been modified to include an “As-of-Date” that defaults to the current date. Other options added are for printing only the Totals/Summary, and also to only include PGM records that have the school code (.PGM.SCL) set to zero. Additionally, there is now a district summary, by school, at the end of the report. -
Seniors Lacking Credit for Graduation report needs to honor Keep/Skip queries
It would be nice to be able to use keep/skips for reports like for the "Seniors Lacking Credit For Graduation By Subject" report. We use to be able to do this in CS

Print Emergency Student Listing needs to exclude inactive students.
When using the 'Print Student Emergency Listing' report, can you please add an option to exclude inactive students? When you run it currently, all inactive students are also included with an Teacher of 'Unassigned'. School staff doesn't always remember to run an 'Keep' query first.
