Immunizations - COVID-19 boosters recorded in the Immunizations Boosters (IMB) table are now included. Student Immunizations Cards Report - COVID-19 boosters recorded in the Immunizations Boosters (IMB) table are now included.

Immunization - Student Immunization Status Report at the District Level should allow multiple schools selected
Can we have the ability to select multiple schools on the Student Immunization Status Report at the district level? It only allows me to select one school at a time, which defeats the purpose of it being run at the district level.

5) Student Immunization Status – This report will now include the COVID-19 vaccination requirement if it has been configured. Also, when run at the District, multiple schools can now be selected for this report. -
Immunizations Report show legal name
The Immunizations Report and blue card doesn't show the legal name but it is being requested for legal purposes. Can it default to legal name or have an option to print it with the legal name?

Student Immunization Cards – The plain paper report has been adjusted to include the new fields for COVID-19 vaccinations. Also, There is a new option to Print Student Legal Name that applies to both the plain paper and “Blue Card” versions of the report. -
Add COVID-19 Fields to Immunizations
Add fields to record COVID vaccines. Need fields for brand, at least 3 date fields (doses 1 and 2 plus subsequent booster(s)).

Immunizations – Additional fields have been added to this page to track student COVID-19 vaccinations, including tracking of exemptions, and vaccination type. Also, the Records Presented dropdown fields can now be customized by editing the IMM.RPT values on the Update Code Table page. Additional functionality related to COVID-19, including updating reports and tracking immunization status will be available in a future update.

Immunizations page Records Presented dropdown should allow custom code table values
Allow users the ability to add codes to the Code Table on Immunizations (IMM) in the Records Presented fields. Currently, these codes are hard coded. The fields affected include: IMM.RTP, IMM.RTK, IMM.RT7, etc. Currently these are fixed codes.

Hearing - Convert P/F to Dropdown List
Please make the Hearing page a bit more dynamic for consistency in collecting data and ease of query.
I would like HRN.PF titled "P/F" to be renamed "Results".
I would like it to be a drop-down menu that we can edit beginning with the following menu.P Pass
F Fail
C Could Not Condition
R Referred
K Known Hearing Loss3 votesHello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 1/19/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Hearing
- The P/F field was renamed to Results P/F and is intended to record Pass or Fail results. Existing reports or queries may rely on this field to be accurate so additional codes values are not recommended.
- The Results P/F, Dr Refer, Follow Up, IMP Code, and Waiver fields were converted to drop-down fields that are populated with codes entered in the COD table. For Texas users, the fields are also populated with fixed codes that correspond to state reporting codes.

Add preschool defaults to Configure Vaccination Requirements
Add default immunization requirements for preschool students to Configure Vaccination Requirements page.
11 votesThis idea was completed with the 10/23/2020 update to Aeries with thee following revision note:
Configure Vaccination Requirements – The “Load Defaults” button on this page has been adjusted to load PreSchool/Child-Care values as well as TK/K-12 values. PreSchool/Child-Care values are loaded based on age in months, while TK/K-12 values are loaded based on Grade. Changes have been made to the vaccination requirement logic to ignore age-based requirements if a grade-based requirement exists that applies to the current student’s grade-level, as to not disqualify a TK/K-12 student based on being under 60 months (which is the high age in months for most PreSchool/Child-Care vaccination requirements). Also the age in months logic was inaccurate when a student’s birthday was in the current month but had not yet occurred, fixed.
