  1. SBG Grading - Staff Member End Date needs to expire at 11:59PM when populated

    SBG Grading - Section Staff Members that have an End Date populated should be able to enter SBG grades through midnight of that date populated in SSE.ED. Currently, teachers are not able to enter grades unless they extend the date by 1 day.

    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 2/11/25 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    • Standards Based Grades - Section Staff records that had the same end date that matched the SBG portal window close date, were not able to enter grades on the last day of the window. Now, section staff can enter grades through the last day of the portal window when the section staff record was of the same date.


  2. When Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking is enabled do not allow the Staff ID number to be visible to parents or students.

    When Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking is enabled do not allow the Staff ID number to be visible to parents or students. This ID could be linked to personal staff information that should not be made visible.

    Hello, this issue has been resolved in the 4/27/2023 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    Parent/Student Portal - The Staff ID is now hidden on the Student Demographics, Course Attendance, and Special Ed pages.

  3. Non Classroom Based Staff Job Assignments (STJ) - Missing some Descriptions

    Staff Job Assignments tab (STJ) - Missing Description for Job Assignment Codes 0161, 0229, and 0319.

    The Non Classroom Based Staff Job Assignment code list needs to be updated to reflect codes and descriptions according to the most recent CFS file.

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 10/22/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:


    School Info > Staff - When adding a Job Assignment, the Non Classroom Based Job Assignment drop-down field now lists codes and descriptions from Non Classroom Based Job Assignment (STJ.NC1-7) instead of STA.CD, which match the most recent CALPADS file specifications. 

  4. Add start and end dates to SSE table

    It would be extremely helpful to capture start and end dates for staff members under section staff members on a class section. This would help with identifying which teacher was in the classroom on a specific day and when the new teacher/sub took their place.

    The Section Staff Members area now supports starting and ending dates. This feature was added in a previous release of Aeries.
