Transitional Kinder (TK) Adjustments for the 2022-2023 School Year
The Attendance Audit and Student Status message need to be updated for TK students who turn 5 after February 2nd for the 2022-2023 School Year.
83 votesHello, this issue has been resolved in the 8/25/2022 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Attendance Audit Report, Attendance Audit Report Old, and Demographics - The reports and page now support the new CALPADS TK Eligibility dates for 2022-2023. This change only affects the report tags AA and AB which are associated with TK student ages.

State Reporting Highlighting needed for the Graduation Exemption field (STU.GEX)
The Green State Reporting Highlighting is needed for the new Graduation Exemption field (STU.GEX) on the Demographics page, Student Data 2 tab.

Demographics - The recently added Graduation Exemption field (STU.GEX), is now highlighted to indicate that it is required for California state reporting.

9 votesHello, this work item has been completed and was released on 11/12/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Demographics: The Student Legal Gender field (LSI.GN) is now a dropdown menu on the Student Demographics page and uses the same fixed code set as Student Gender field (STU.GN).
- School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts: On the Code Translations tab, the code set previously named Gender (STU.GN) has been renamed to Gender (STU.GN and LSI.GN). This unified code set now supports translation of Non-Binary to 'X', ensuring accurate CALPADS reporting.

Contacts - Drag and Drop Sort Order
Update the Contacts table so we can use drag and drop to change the contact sort order. Many of our students have their parents listed as contact #7 or #8 and we'd like to be able to drag them to the top of the list rather than having to manually update the sort order for each record.

Contacts – The contacts page has been enhanced to use drag and drop sorting for changing Contact Order.

STU.CIC label change
The STU.CIC field description on the Student Data 2 page needs to be change from Counted in CBEDS to Counted on Census Day.

Repeat Grd tag (STU.RG) should not flag during rollover for pre-enrolled students
The Repeat Tag (STU.RG) field is flagged in the new year database during the rollover for all students if their STU.GR and STU.NG were the same in the current database. Can this be made optional and/or not flag pre-enrolled students?

Removed logic to update STU.RG (Repeat Grade) based on GR = NG.
