When mass adding hearing and vision data, it would be nice to be able to add initials as well.
When mass adding hearing and vision data, it leaves the initials field blank next to the data which then our nurse has to go into each student record and add them manually.

Add Field with default data to Mass Add Medical Test Vision and Hearing
Add Default Data to Vision and Hearing Mass Add Medical Test Page:
1. Scrn field-add SL (Sloan)
2. Vision Appraisal-add #1 No Problem
3. Far - 20/ No Glasses Right Left--add "20" to boxes Right, Left, and Both under No Glasses
Hearing fields to be added to the Mass Add
1. Sweep Right Left-add "P" under sweep in both Right and Left box
2. Case Type- add No Problem
3. Right: 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000-in box under 1000, 2000,and 4000 add "25"
4. Left: 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000 -same as Right7 votesThere is a way to currently to do this with the Mass Add Student Related data functionality. You may need to discuss with your Aeries Administrator at your district as you may not have access to this functionality.
