    Add the ability to categorize queries. It can be very difficult to find a query. Categories would be very helpful.

    This is dangerous. This means contact info will be updated without any knowing it's happening. Think of the following situation...Mother and Father separate. Mother moves to a new address with the student. Mother updates the school with her new address. The school updates the student's address. The mother's address is updated properly, but the father's address was also updated and no one knows it happened. It's better to have a standard edit that checks the contacts that are "in home" to make sure the addresses match. If they do not, someone needs to look into it. This way information is verified.
