The way Aeries displays i-Ready data - with performance levels flipped so that 1 is the highest and 5 is the lowest - has caused significant confusion across our district. Since test scores are reviewed by a wide range of stakeholders, including teacher, principals, district staff, and parents, it is problematic that all other assessments, such as SBAC and ELPAC, use a performance scale where 5 is the highest and 1 is the lowest while i-Ready is the only assessment presented in the opposite format within Aeries.
