We are re-evaluating this idea to determine if the ASVAB scores can be imported into Aeries. We are gathering feedback from our customers that could help us move forward with this request.
- What type of file is received, is it in a specific format. txt, csv, excel or does it have options?
- Is there an option to receive information, such as a birthdate, and Last Name, First Name and Middle name in separate columns?
- If your district can provide us a recent copy of the ASVAB results file received that comes directly from Military Testing, unaltered, please submit a ticket with the attached file so we can evaluate the data in the file.
- Is only having the AFQT score imported enough? Do subgroups need to be included? Note that only the AFQT score is being collected in ECDS (i.e., the results for all sections are not being collected).

This would be extremely helpful for the school sites! We get so many report requests for Chronic Absenteeism. It would be super helpful if Aeries had a report for the users to run themselves at the sites.

I am so glad that someone else suggested this idea. We just started utilizing the Global Message feature this school year, and it is proving to be very effective. We noticed that we CANNOT Schedule a message to go out at a particular time. For example, we are utilizing the school global message to notify the teachers and admin of grade reporting windows Open and Close dates. I tried to schedule the message to go out for a particular date range (ahead of time), but noticed that there was no START DATE, only an Expiration Date. It would be super helpful for us to be able to schedule these messages the day before they are to go out, so the users see them first thing in the morning when they log into Aeries.
