  1. Update Reject Analysis Listing Report for Flex

    The Reject Analysis Listing Report needs to be updated to pull in Staff instead of Teacher and Flex Periods. Thank you

    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 03/24/2022 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    Scheduling Reject Analysis Listing Report

    • The report now supports Flex Scheduling and Staff ID-based counselor.
    • An option to print only rejected course requests was added for non-Flex schools.

  2. Staff Page - Sort classes by period

    On the Staff page, have the ability to sort the teacher's classes by period time. Currently the classes are set up to sort alpha, not by time / chronological. This is problematic for flex scheduling where the sort order of period names are alphanumeric.

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 9/17/24. Here are the relevant revision notes: 

    • School Info > Staff - For schools using Flex Scheduling, the following were added and changed in the Scheduling Master Schedule Classes and Master Schedule Classes sections. See Flex Scheduling - Staff Data.
    • The Per (Period) column is now sorted by term, start time, then short title.
    • A Total Stu field was added for each section which displays the Total from Scheduling Master (SMS.TS) or Master Schedule (MST.TS). 
    • The Max Seats field was added for each section which displays the Max (maximum students) from Scheduling Master (SMS.MX) or Master Schedule (MST.MX).
    • If Total Stu exceeds Max, the Total Stu value is displayed in bold red font.
    • A Total Sections count was added to the subtotal footer row which displays the total number of sections for the staff member.

    I would like to recommend freezing the column heads on the Flex SMS Board when you have period view selected.

    Add the Flex Period to the Push and Pull Setup tables functionality. It will help to reduce repetitive data entry.

    Hello, this issue has been resolved in the 12/07/2021 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
    Emergency Student Listing Report – Flex scheduling, section staff, and primary classes are now supported.

  8. Flex Scheduling Master Scheduling Board

    When trying to schedule, the master schedule puts all term 2 in unassigned teacher rather into the teacher section

  10. Flex SMS Board - Ability to select Primary Teacher when adding a section

    Currently on the Flex Scheduling board, when creating a section there is no ability to select the primary teacher. The current process of creating the section and going to scheduling master to add the primary teacher creates an unnecessary and time-consuming extra step, especially for people who are accustomed to working directly on the board.

  11. The SMS Board in a Flex scheduling school is not rendering on weaker machines.

    The SMS Board fails to load (spinning wheel) and no error message displays in the Flex Scheduling school.
