1. Allow Teacher Type to access Gain and Loss Report

   Teachers that need to view all students and have an assignment with Teacher Specific should be able to view the gains and loss report. We have staff that need to view all students and have an account of all new enrollments and exits, i.e. EL Support, Yearbook teacher, Migrant recruiter, Student photo coordinator, etc. Currently the only page is the Student Directory that is available, unfortunately at this time the report is not working correctly and displays multiple copies of one student data. The Gain and Loss report on or at the district level would resolve tracking the enrollments and exits, where staff would need to contact students, or forward information and/or resources. Staff responsible for student update would be able to update programs and student information where it is not connected to Aeries.

   The Teacher Type user is automatically limited to students they have a class relationship with. That is by design, and limits the accessibility of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as required by both state and federal statutes. If you have a user that needs access to that type of info, you should give them a separate User account, and lock it down to only be able to see specific data.

2. Copy teacher record from one site to another

   Would be really helpful to be able to copy a teacher record from one site to another.

   With our focus on having a model where individual teacher records are not duplicated at each school, we will be declining this idea at this time. Thank you for your feedback!

3. Active teachers in table

   Only show ACTIVE teachers when looking at the teachers listed in the teacher table. Have a box to include inactive as an option

   Thanks for your feedback! We will soon be discontinuing the Teachers table in favor of our new Section Staff and Flex Scheduling model which utilizes Staff data. This will not be an issue since the Staff page already supports filtering for active staff members.
