  1. Import Test Results - Dates and TA's are Incorrect for some iReady Imports

    In certain cases, when importing the iReady data file, the Default Date and Default Testing Administration are incorrect and some student's TST and CST records will use this incorrect information as the date and testing administration for the newly imported record.

  3. UC ELC - TES Extract - Option to include Graduated Seniors

    Every fall the TES extract needs to be run in the prior year database to gather all of the 9th-12th grade transcript records for that year. Currently the TES extract only includes the records of active students. Please add an option to include students with certain inactive statuses, such as "Graduated".

  4. CCGI - Error Occurs when there are no Students to Extract to the Course_Grade Template

  6. CCGI Extract Does Not Include Duplicate Transcript Records in Same Term

    The CCGI extract ignores the second course a student takes with the same course code, mark, credits attempted and credits completed in a single semester (we use F/S). Our quarter classes are not extracting correctly. The quarter classes are added to the transcript with the semester term values of 1 and 2, so some students will have 2 records with the same year, course code and term for their quarter classes. When these students receive the same mark for both quarters, then the 2nd mark will not be included in the CCGI Extract.

    A fix for this issue was released on 10/26/2023. Here are the revision notes:

    CCGI Extract - The extract only created one CourseGradeTemplate record for students with multiple transcript records with the same grade and year. Now the extract includes all transcript records.

    Update the Test Settings and State Test Export Files pages to honor the "Student-Test-Assignment-Template-for-Batch-Upload-2022-23.xlsx" template.

    Upon further research, since there are no state-identified criteria that a student is required to complete to earn this State Seal of Civic Engagement, it is up to the local District to determine eligibility. We have created documentation on how to indicate a student who has met your local requirements, so they can be identified later when it is time for graduation. At this time, this data collection is not done via the CALPADS process.     Hello, this AeriesIdea item has been completed in the 12/07/21 update. Here are the pertinent Revision Note(s):

    CERS Student Groups – The page now allows scheduled processing.

    The Scheduled Process tab was added to allow setting up the day and time when the CERS Extract is generated. The extracts to be included in the process can be specified when the profile is created or edited.

  18. Import Test Results - Update Import for 2021-22 Interim Assessment Test Parts

    The CAASPP Interim Assessment data files now include "(FIAB)" at the end of the Focused IAB AssessmentName (ex. "Grade 5 ELA - Listen/Interpret (FIAB)"). Update Import Test Results to recognize these test parts and add in the new test parts for 2021-22.

  20. Update Import Test Results for ELPAC 2019-20 Data Changes

    Update the Import Test Results process for the ELPAC test to allow for the deletion of select incomplete tests and the insert/update of other ELPAC test results.
