  2. Assets Checked out to Students N Per page report

    Assets Checked out to Students N Per page report visually displays Item # on two lines if it is more than 4 characters. Enhance to widen column to display Item # information in a better visual format.
    The Optional Message comment box does not print entire comment if more than 2 lines of text. Enhance to display longer comment text.

  4. District Assets-Add option to "filter" for items in the District Asset Detail Items tab.

    From the District Assets "Resources/Assets", we'd like the ability to filter the "list" of Items the Asset has, by a search option by either item or bar code.
    Or
    provide a "quick link" to the item details from the 'quick asset look up' page, by selecting the "item" number? It could link into asset detail "items" page? sometimes we just need a serial number or a mac address.

  5. Support lookup by serial number for Assets pages

    Barcode labels are being torn off of assets and we have to rely on the serial number to uniquely identify the unit. The trouble is, none of the Assets pages appear to support lookup by serial number.

  6. Quick Asset Lookup Information add Hyperlink

    Add a hyperlink to the Quick Asset Lookup information page to go to the Student Assets page. This will help to quickly check in an item that is found.

    Quick Asset Information Lookup – A link has been added to conveniently view the asset form of the student or staff assigned to a checked out asset.
