Create high school courses that can be scheduled with one course ID over the year, and credit can be awarded by semester rather than by year. For example, English IV could be scheduled in both fall and Spring using code E400, then credit would be awarded based on semester avgs. in 1/2 credit increments. Two 1/2 credits would total the full 1.0 for the year. Specifically, if a student earned a 70 or higher in the 1st semester, then .5 credit would be awarded for that sem. avg. Aeries already allows for year-long courses that behave in the way that you described. Here is a link to support documentation that describes the role of the Default Credit and Max Credit fields https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000082302-courses-general-information Please contact support for any additional questions.

I would like to be able to run a class roster report for Alt Ed scheduling that shows the actual course name.
Please include teacher name, actual course name, and the students enrolled in that course.1 vote
If you select the following options when printing a Class Roster, the actual Course Name will display.
Sort – “Teacher/Period”
Sort – “Course Name, Student”
Option – “Print Course with Student”
