    Default sort Report Card History by Date.

    By default, RCH sorts by Year descending, Term # descending, School # and Type. We just posted summer school report cards to report card history and parents are overlooking the report card because the most recent report card is in the middle of the page.

    Would love to have an option to default by date.

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and released to customers on the 3/11/2025 update. Here is the relevant revision note:


    Grade Reporting > Configurations > Grading Periods: A grading period for the Year may now be created to calculate a final year grade based other grade marks for any courses with the same service id within the year, including semester courses. See Texas - Final Yearly Grade Mark documentation.

    Hello, this idea has been completed in the 12/21/2022 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
    Attendance Based Grade Reporting - The Add credit denied due to excessive absences comment to the report card option was added allowing a 99-Credit Denied comment to be displayed on the Grades pages and report card when a student has a passing grade but was not awarded credit. When enabled, the code populates GRD.C1, GRD.C2, or GRD.C3 for the selected students.

  4. Add Final Average to Grade Report Mark Verification Listing

    Add a final average to the Grade Report Mark Listing for teachers to be able to verify the student's final grade. This is used at our district for pass/fail indicators and grade promotion. The final average would average the 1st. semester grade and 2nd. semester grade.

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 4/29/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:


    Reports > Grades > Grade Report Mark Verification Listing by Service ID:

    This report is available for schools with a final yearly grade mark defined. The report provides all student grades earned for courses with the same service id for the entire year. This enables teachers to validate the final year grade mark reported on students final report card.   5. Grades by Teacher Mass Add Values option

    On Grades by Teacher page on Mass Add Values add an option to be able to mass add academic mark.

    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 4/30/21 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
    When Allow Teachers to Mass Fill GRD Marks is enabled on Portal Options, teachers can update the Grade Mark during the Mass Add Values process. After selecting Edit All Records then Mass Add Values, the pop-up window now includes the Grade Mark drop-down field. If there are multiple reporting periods open at the same time (rare case), the Which Mark drop-down field is displayed and defaults to the Current Marking Period.

  6. Honor Roll Report - Do not print excluded students on the report

    Currently, if you have students on a Grad Track that is excluded from the Class Rank calculation, those students still print on the Honor Roll and Class Rank report, listed at the top with blanks in the Class Rank and Class Size columns. These students should be excluded from the report and not print at all.

  7. Load Grades From Gradebook needs to keep the focus on the Teacher

    On the Grades by Teacher Page, when using the Load Grades from Gradebook feature, the page needs to stay on the selected teacher.

    When the teacher name is entered in the Search box, the page will return to the first teacher in the list after importing grades.

    The focus will stay on the selected teacher when clicking the mouse on the teacher name in the teacher list and not using the Search box.

  9. Allow for 4th subject area for courses

    Add 4th graduation requirement subject in courses. Some graduation requirements may meet more than 3 requirements (ELD).

  10. Allow printing an individual student's SBG report card from the SBG page

    Teachers can print an individual student's report card. Allow the same for admin staff by adding a print button.
