  6. Import Test Results - Dates and TA's are Incorrect for some iReady Imports

    In certain cases, when importing the iReady data file, the Default Date and Default Testing Administration are incorrect and some student's TST and CST records will use this incorrect information as the date and testing administration for the newly imported record.

    Hello, this issue has been resolved in the 11/02/2021update. Here are the Revision Notes:
    Special Ed Data Import – There is a new option to configure Extended Fields for this process. These are additional fields that the vendor would add to the data files, which can be mapped to fields in the CSE and CSV tables.

  11. CCGI - Error Occurs when there are no Students to Extract to the Course_Grade Template

  12. Push and Pull Setup Tables - Add BSD and BST tables to Push Pull ability

    The Push and Pull Setup Tables process does not include copying the related BSD and BST tables to copy the entire BEL Schedule setup, including the schedule times and Days linked to the calendar.

  13. Special Ed (CASEMIS) Import - Add Grad Plan Field

    Please bring back the ability to import the Grad Plan (CSE.GP) in the CASEMIS Import process. It used to be available in the pre-2018 version. SEIS is able to add the field to the nightly import and it would be easier to have the data imported rather than someone maintaining the field by hand.

  14. CCGI CourseGradeTemplate - Save transcript year prior to 2010-2011 in correct YYYY-YY format

    When a transcript record year is for a school year prior to 2010 - 2011, the CCGI Course Grade Template is generating invalid school year values (e.g., 205-6, 2096-97) in the SchoolYear column instead of properly formatted ranges like 2005-2006 or 1996-1997.

    Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 12/02/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    • School Info > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract: Adjusted the Course Grade Template query so it can properly format records prior to the year 2010.

  17. Import Test Results - Update Import for 2021-22 Interim Assessment Test Parts

    The CAASPP Interim Assessment data files now include "(FIAB)" at the end of the Focused IAB AssessmentName (ex. "Grade 5 ELA - Listen/Interpret (FIAB)"). Update Import Test Results to recognize these test parts and add in the new test parts for 2021-22.

  18. Import Data to Aeries, Grade (GRD) import is very slow

    Import Data to Aeries, Grade (GRD) import takes a very long time.  Process needs to be enhanced to be much quicker.

  20. UC/ELC and CCGI - Add AUT as a Parent Consent Option
