    Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 06/24/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    •  Import Test Results: The IB exam import process has been updated to include the following new test parts for 2024/25.
    • THEATRE EE
    • ENGLISH A: LITERATURE P11 HL

  3. New Layout for AP Test Results - July 2020

    College Board has announced changes to AP results file layout, beginning in July 2020. Aeries will be making changes to the Import Test Results file. This Aeries idea will be updated when the file layout is updated.

  5. Copy ELPAC to LAC not including all parts from the test administration

    ELPAC now coming in with different dates on sub-parts of the test. Same Testing Administration. Causing an issue with Copy ELPAC to LAC. Only taking the parts with the most recent date, so only copied one sub-test. Need to change the Copy ELPAC scores to LAC to copy all scores with common Test Admin, as determined by the most recent date.

  6. Remove the SAT/ACT test results from the 2022-23 UC/CSU Eligibility Requirements.

    Update the College Entrance Requirements page and the UC/CSU Eligibility reports with the 2022-23 UC/CSU requirements. Remove the SAT/ACT test results from the eligibility requirements.

    Hello, this idea has been completed in the 05/21/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results

    • For the STAAR EOC test, the EL Performance Measure field (TST.ELP) was added according to the 2023-2024 file layout.


    Student Data > Test Scores > Test Scores - For the STAAR EOC test, the EL Perf Level field (TST.ELP) was added allowing schools to maintain English Learner Performance Measure data according to the 2023-2024 file layout.


    Test Scores (TST) - Added new EL Performance Level (ELP) field.

    • The import process now handles the file layout for the STAAR Grades 3-8 2024 test administration, including two new accommodations (word prediction and spell check) and English Learner performance measures.

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 06/04/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The Default Date and Testing Administration fields, which are automatically populated based on the data file, are now disabled to ensured that the correct information is imported. See Import Test Results.

  17. Test Scores - Option to Display Test Scores by Date Without Grade Level Headings

    We would like the option to display test scores by date, not with grade level headings (see image). When data is displayed by year and grade separately, they are out of timeline order. The grade headings get displayed out of consecutive order. Also, could this option be applied to filtering by Test ID?

    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 3/14/2024 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    • School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The page now supports the 2022-2023 file layouts for the new STAAR Interim (STRINT) and STAAR Beginning of Year (STRBOY) tests. See Test Specific Information - STAAR Interim/Beginning of Year (BOY)
    • School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The following columns were added to the Test Scores table (TST) allowing schools to indicate the student's probability of achievement for the new STRINT and STRBOY tests.
      TST.PA1 - Probability of Achieving 1 (Approaches grade level)
      TST.PA2 - Probability of Achieving 2 (Meets grade level)
      TST.PA3 - Probability of Achieving 3 (Masters grade level)

  19. Add missing test parts to Focused IAB Test Results

    Several test parts for both ELA and Math in 8th grade can not be imported into Aeries but are available in the score file from the Spring 2021 Focused IAB tests. Please add the missing test parts to the CSN table so they can be imported into Aeries.

  20. Test Scores widget on the Profile Page - show all test parts for the same test

    The profile screen currently shows the most recent tests. It appears to pull from the date field right now. If a student finishes different parts of their ELPAC tests on different days, it will not show all of their results on the profile screen even though the test was taken in the same month. I would like to request Aeries to pull from the test admin field instead of the date taken field.
