Allow assignments for individual students that are not posted for the whole gradebook (differentiated assignments)
Some students require differentiated or alternate assignments that do not need to be viewed for all students. This would permit those assignments to be added to their grades.

Have an "undo" option similar to what was in GradeQuick
Have the option to reverse or undo the last five steps or changes made to a gradebook. For example if you accidentally overwrite a previously entered grade in the gradebook, then you have the option of undoing that mistake. Especially helpful if you are transferring grades from another source like a written gradebook.

Allow deletion of an assignment on only one of the linked classes.
If the deletion of assignments from only one linked class is possible, I haven't figured out how to do it. I have accidentally deleted all five assignments--with all the scores already entered--from five classes, hoping the assignment would only delete from the class I was on.

Be able to post and update citizenship grades and comments for students to view along with academic grades.
Allow for students to see updates in their behavior as it occurs instead of creating a dummy column that parents can't decipher.

Allow Gradebook Summary report to see average score for just one category of assessment (such as tests)
In using the Gradebook Summary report, I can select specific classes, or specific assignments (such as tests). When the report runs, however, the overall mark is included but I would like to also see an average score for those assignments selected.

Adding a "mass assign value" or "default score" button to the window where you create an assignment.
Adding a "mass assign value" or "default score" option to the window where you create an assignment would eliminate having to go back and enter scores once the assignment is created.

Allowing teachers to send emails to classes by marking specific classes. Not having to choose all then delete not recipients.
When sending mass emails. We can not choose specific classes. Its either one at a time or all at a time. Should be able to choose classes to receive and email.

Make student names in two lines and a larger font for printed seating charts.
The names in the current format for printed seating charts are unreadable because student names are in one line and the font is tiny. I can get readable names by taking a screenshot off my computer than using the file downloaded from Aeries. But screen shots are more blurry.

I'd like a shorter version (than 2 pages!) of missing assignments & grade analysis
I want to used less paper. I want to be able to print multiple students missing assignments & the grade analysis on a sheet of paper without printing out 2 papers for each students. Many students have only a single missing assignment

Progress Report Letter Home
We really need the ability to print out a customizable "letter home" report - just like EasyGrade Pro. On the letterheaad will be the student's name and ID their present grade and class name from where the letter is generated. We need a place to add a customizable introduction note and a place to add a customizable closing note.

Having assignment types within a category when using a weighted grade scale.
it would be great if we could have assignment types within a category so that tests can still be 30% of the grade, but still be able to break it down by audio, vocabulary, grammar, reading & comprehension.

Autosave grading scales/percentages for use each new grading period
Each grading term on Aeries, you have to type in your grading scales/ranges for an A, A-, B+, etc. It's a real pain in the ... fingers. It would be awesome if Aeries can set up an option in which you can save them forever and then just import them each time you create a new gradebook for a class. That's what's offered on Making the Grade, and I'm sure several other gradebook programs that are now extinct or becoming extinct because of Aeries.

Missing assignment emails should be all inclusive like it was in ABI.
Missing assignment emails should be all inclusive like it was in ABI. A parent should not receive a separate email for each gradebook. As well, if the teacher prints out a missing assignment report, we should not get a separate sheet for each gradebook.
