   Many districts, mine included, are phasing out the mandatory permanent records kept in cumulative files and storing this information digitally. Gathering said records in Aeries, however, is a chore when I get a records request: I need to click on separate reports in separate screens, resulting in multiple pages of records. It would be more efficient to have a one-page Report containing all the requisite information ready to send to the requesting party. Thank you for considering my request!
