When a staff member changes records many times the department will receive documentation (i.e. credentials) with previous names used. When searching for staff member in Aeries the system will not populate the staff member's by previous names. Adding the option for the system to recognize previous names would allow for a more efficient workspace within aeries.

I had previously suggested to allow a search by Staff previous names. I would like to add, the option to only require Last or First Name. Many times, staff will not change both their First and Last name, It's usually a last name that is changing but not a first. However, we receive certification errors because it requires that a first name be included even though the staff remain under the same first name.
