  1. Create a Special Programs record for TK students who are imported from Online Enrollment

    Just like a Special Programs Foster record is created when a parent selects Yes on the Foster Survey, or a Special Programs Homeless record is created when the parent selects a specific response on the Residence Survey, we would like to see a record created for TK students.
