1. Attendance Recovery - Create a "Calculate All" Option for the ARH field

   Create a function to be able to recalculate or calculate all Supplemental Attendance AR Hours that qualifies as Attendance Recovery.

   Supplemental Attendance > Attendance Recovery Bank: Multiple enhancements have been made to the Attendance Recovery Bank (ARB) page.

   • District setting validation messages now display at the top of the page to indicate whether ADA codes and AR program codes are configured in District Settings.
   • The ARB Calculation process now performs a full physical delete of existing ARB records prior to recalculation, scoped to the district or school level based on login context.
   • Logic has been added to identify ATT records where a qualifying AR code is present and ATT.AMU is zero. When discrepancies are found, a message will appear at the top of the page with an option to resolve. Users with Mass Update permissions can update ATT.AMU directly from the ARB page; a confirmation prompt is required before the process runs.
   • The Total Absences Recovered column query has been updated to exclude ATT records where the ADA code does not match a configured value in DPT.
   • Captions have been added to three columns and will display with an asterisk.
   • ATD.ARH will now be populated during the calculation process, allowing the ARB page to update ATT.AMU, update ATD.ARH, and insert records into the ARB table in a single workflow.
   • Additionally, inactive schools will no longer display.

2. Attendance Recovery Bank at District Level - Remove Inactive School

   At the district level, the Attendance Recovery Bank currently shows a line for students at the inactive school, creating a duplicate version of their current enrollment. Please remove or allow a way to filter out the Inactive School

3. Supplemental Attendance Report - Page Break by Student

   Would like to print the Supplemental Attendance Report and have it page break by student. There is currently a page break for reason.

   Hello, the idea has been completed in the 08/31/21 update. Here are the Revision Notes:

   Print Supplemental Attendance Report – Added option to allow page breaking on student. When this option is selected, the “Page Break on Reason” option will be disabled.
