Capture Student names and IDs on Google Forms
Add capturing STUDENT NAMES and ID NUMBERS when a student signs in or responds to a Google Form. This goes with adding the option of searching for multiple students using their email addresses.
1 voteThe integration between Aeries and Google is only around the assigning and unassigning of student and staff email addresses. There are also ways to link gradebooks to Google Classroom. None of this touches on Google Forms. If you want a Google Form to collect a student's name and ID in addition to their email address, you can add those fields to the form and make them required. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate this idea in our system, so we will be declining this idea.

Google Authentication - Log users out of Google when they log out of Aeries
When users, including parents and students, log out of Aeries it signs them out of Aeries, but does not currently log them out of Google. Please adjust the process to have an option to also log the user out of Google.
3 votesHi, This idea will not be implemented as Google is used for many things beyond logging into the SIS.
