    Reports > Scheduling Course Request Listing - The CRS# columns now accommodate courses with up to six characters. The Gender column was removed to accommodate the change.

  2. Online Enrollment - Home Language Survey Report-CA

    We would like to know if the student IDs and DoB can be added to the pre-built Home Language Survey report, not a query, either by Aeries or by end users.

    Please adjust the state-defined reports to include Stu ID and Birthdate
    Also modify footer to "Based on: "...the state reports (CA and TX)

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 10/8/24. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    • Reports > Home Language Survey - The report now includes the Student ID and Birthdate, ensuring students can be easily identified.


  3. Print Substitute Teacher Account Info Username Spacing

    Creating a day-to-day temporary substitute account produces the "PrintSubstituteTeacherAccountInfo" report. The username on the report often confuses our substitutes because the font makes it look like there are spaces. Please see the sample screenshot.

    Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 7/2/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    School Info > Portal Management > Create Substitute Teacher Accounts - When printing the Info Sheet, the Your User Name and Your Password fields on the report now print in a font that makes it easier to distinguish between lowercase and uppercase letters.


  4. Allow "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" message to appear on Grade report cards without printing class rank

    Ever since we stopped printing Class Rank on report cards, we also lost the ability to print the message "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" that used to appear next to GPA, even though the report still includes the asterisk "*".

    We definitely do NOT want the Class Rank to show but could we get the "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" message back?

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 10/22/24. Here are the relevant revision notes: 


    • Reports > Grade Report Cards - The * - Based on Cumulative Grades message was only displayed in the report card total section if Print Cumulative Class Rank was selected on the Grade Reporting Options page. Now the message is displayed if either Print Cumulative Class Rank or Print Grade Report Class Rank is selected on Grade Reporting Options when any Cumulative GPAs are selected to print.

    Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 8/27/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:


    Reports > Summary of Students by Teacher and Period

    The Class by Date (CAR) option was added allowing the user to run the report as of a specific date, which can be used for students who may complete a course on any day of the semester, such as an alternative education campus. See TX - Attendance Reconciliation (Flex) or Flex Scheduling Reports.


  6. Adjust PFT error report to remove Body Composition errors

    The Body Composition (Height/Weight/BMI) data is not being collected for the current SPRG22 administration. If the Body Composition Fields are not selected on the set up page, there should be a way to run PFT Error reports without these warnings. An option to hide these specific warnings instead of hiding ALL warnings should be added similarly to the option to Hide Race/Ethnicity Warnings.

  7. CERS Student Groups - User Interface Issues

    The CERS Student Groups page has several user interface issues that need to be addressed: indicate when the page is saved, refresh the page after a new profile is created, indicate when the user has selected too many teachers or additional users to save in the system, allow users to see the selected profile settings in Read mode, Allow users to view Extract Configuration Options for a saved Profile without going into Edit mode. allow more than 30 teachers and the Only Show Staff From Selected Schools does not display the staff when logged in at the District level.

  8. Report for TDHS annual report of Vision,Hearing,Scoliosis Data

    All Texas districts pull medical data from their SIS (Aeries or otherwise) and manually input it to the state site. Krum's old SIS had a report? that would pull all of this for them. They would like to have the same programmed into Aeries. We have some SQL queries bulit that will pull the data. But it must be manipulated in Excel to get the necessary TOTALS for each item for each Grade level.
    Their OLD SIS produced the following reports for them so they could pull the data and input to the state. They would like to have these…

    Hello, The Vision Screening State Report has been completed in the 4/20/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
    Vision Screening State Report - The report was added to print the results of vision screenings conducted between June 1 and May 31. The report mimics the Texas Department of State Health Services report layout. See Texas - Vision Screening State Report.

    Using Seating Chart Report for COVID Contact Tracing
    Covid testing students who were sitting in the vicinity of a positive tested student need to be identified
    The new and improved seating charts would be a great tool to assist with the process.
    If a teacher creates their seating chart based on the Attendance by Photo - Old, then administrators are able to run the Classroom Photo/Seating Chart report. The newest version attendance by photo seating chart does not print.

    Is there any means for us to make this capability available to anyone other than teachers? Admin, Office staff?

    Enhance the Honor Roll and Class Rank Listing from Transcript Report to Include:
    1. Needs to capture students who were enrolled in 1st semester ( include "I", and "G" )
    2. Include in the report Student ID
    3. Option to run the Report Alpha or by Rank (descending or ascending )

  20. Print Emergency Student Listing needs to exclude inactive students.

    When using the 'Print Student Emergency Listing' report, can you please add an option to exclude inactive students? When you run it currently, all inactive students are also included with an Teacher of 'Unassigned'. School staff doesn't always remember to run an 'Keep' query first.
