   • Aeries API v5 - The new Discipline (DIS) endpoint was added to the Aeries public API to return student discipline records. See Aeries API - Student-related end points.

   
   

2. Include all past, current, future classes in OneRoster Enrollments endpoint

   Would like an option to include past, current, and future classes in the OneRoster "enrollments" API endpoint. Using SEC, current and future classes are available but using CAR, past and current classes are available, but there is no way to get all from the enrollments endpoint at this time.

   This was completed in a previous release. OneRoster now uses Course Attendance (CAR) data for the Enrollments and Classes endpoints.

   Hello, this issue has been completed in the 01/05/2023 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

   Ed-Fi System Initialization and Testing - Alt Ed Scheduling sections did not sync correctly when Allow Individual Sections to be Flagged for Alt Ed Scheduling was enabled on School Settings, fixed.

   Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the MM/DD/YY update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

   • OneRoster CSV Extract - Texas specific Grade Level mappings have been added to the extract files for Users.csv, Classes.csv, and Courses.csv, to match the OneRoster CEDS standards. For Texas customers the mappings for Early Education and Pre-Kindergarten will now translate to the CEDS codes IT (Infant/Toddler) and PK (Pre-Kindergarten) respectively.
   • OneRoster CSV Extract - In some cases, incorrect grade levels were extracted for teachers who teach multiple grade ranges, fixed.

   Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 9/1/2022 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

   • Aeries API v5 - The Primary Class field (MST.PC) was added to the Sections endpoint. See Aeries API - Scheduling-related end points.

7. API POST records in WRL

   1. Regarding Gradebook pass-back into Aeries Gradebooks from Canvas, shouldn't there be a record of the transaction (presumably a POST record as opposed to all the GET records) for these transactions?
      Programming: Addressing issue (no ETA at this time)

   2. The only POST records I see in the WRL table are from a VND and TYP named, "Olympus." This name does not appear on my API security list. Can you clarify what this is?
      Answer: The Olympus entries are related to Aeries support logging and are internal to AeriesWeb.

   3. MOST of the GET transactions have a VND of, "None." The only identifiable transactions in the table are for Canvas as the name in VND matches the Product name in our API security.

   4. If the "None" are all the non-OneRoster API pulls as it seems, when can we expect the program to be updated such that those events will display the ACTUAL vendor pulling data?

   The STU.CIC field (Counted in Census Day) field was added to the Aeries API and released in a previous version of Aeries.
