  1. Allowing teachers to prevent the grade % from being displayed so a four point (0-4, or other) grading system can easily be implemented

    Allowing teachers to use the "Final Grades" tab to create a 0-4 (four) point grading system - this will require that the teacher be able to disable the student grade % from being displayed in places like the parent portal, student portal and all other downstream locations. Using the "Final Grades" tab in the existing gradebook already works to allow teachers to implement the four point grading system, but the display of the grade % adjacent to the grade causes confusion for students and parents - as well as concern about special education cases where a target % has been…

  2. Use one grade-book for for multiple schools/same course within a school district instead of having to start over with each school.

    I am in an Independent Study program. Because Aeries will not allow me to copy a grade-book (assignments, grade weight, etc.) from one school to another within the same school district, I have to start from scratch and duplicate the entire grade-book for each school even though it is essentially the same course.

    This functionality is now available in some school configurations. Additional school configurations will be supported in 2021 Q2, ready for the 2021-2022 school year.

  4. Show assignment # in assignment pull down menu.

    Make looking for assignments easier by showing the assignment number along with the written description in the assignment pull down menu.

  5. Allow URLs to be posted using the Briefcase feature instead of requiring actual file uploads

    This would be great for schools using Google Docs. Currently, only actual files are allowed to be associated with an assignment. Schools using Google Docs have no easy way of associating their files to particular assignments.
