Check boxes
Put a checkbox for "visible to parents" and "score visible to parents" where you enter scores by assignment.

Add profile and attendance icons to students in gradebook
Add a profile and calendar icon to students in gradebook (like there is on attendance) to make navigation to each student's profile and attendance pages easier.

Column Sorting
Allow columns to be sorted in ascending and descending order, especially % and Mark

Including the option to not show non-current gradebooks in the 'push assignments to another gradebook' drop-down list.
Option to not show completed quarters/semesters would make process of pushing to other grade books quicker for teachers with multiple course levels not using linked grade books.

Gradebook Assignments – Teachers now have the ability to push assignments to other schools where they’ve set up gradebooks. A new portal option has been added to give teachers permission to import gradebook assignments from other teachers in other schools. In the push and import of gradebook assignments, an option has been added to allow teachers to hide past gradebooks.

Allow Teachers to Hide Gradebooks from Parents/Students
This would allow teachers to hide individual gradebooks entirely from the Parent and Student portals. If a parent is signed up for the weekly student summary, these gradebooks would not be included in that email.
