Hello, the following changes were made to the CCGI Extract pages on the 4/1/26 release. Most notable is the ability to schedule the extracts to generate automatically. The ability to automatically send these files via SFTP to CCGI is almost done and will be released as soon as it passes final testing with CCGI. Here are the relevant release notes:
School Options > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract: A new Configure Scheduled Process button was added to the Files tab. When selected, Days of the Week and time can be entered and saved. When enabled, the CCGI extract files will automatically be created and saved to the local drive settings. Please note: We are almost finished with the process to automatically send scheduled files via SFTP to CCGI. It will be released as soon as it passes final testing.
The schools selected on the Schools tab will now be saved in the OPT table and will load as the default when the page is opened. Schools without a College Board Number defined will not be able to be checked.
The Verify Students To Extract tab is now read-only. The Parental Consent field must be accurate to ensure only students who have not opted out are included. This is necessary to allow for the automatic creation of the extract files.
Basic Info tab: The School Info section containing the Administrative and Technical contact fields was removed as this information is no longer needed
A message was added when the Include Work In-Progress option is checked, reminding the user of the need to modify term data throughout the year.
Files tab: Users will be able to move between the tabs without needing to click the Next button when no changes are made.
The Create Export Files logic was updated to use the schools saved in the OPT table.
