    Teachers do not understand how to manage Narrative Grades. Toward the end of a term, they discover grades are not turning out the way they wanted them to. Also, they personalize the set so much that there is no consistency or continuity in what students and parents see as grades from class to class. Be able to include Narrative grades in a template, which cannot be done right now, and to be able to lock District approved scales and levels of achievement would be very helpful.

    Standards based grading: Don't punish cheating with a grade. This is a behavior not a measure of competency. Inform the parent/guardian, discipline the student, and withhold the grade until the work is resubmitted.
