TREx Export Error - PerfAckCertLicCode Data Element Exceeds MaxLength
The TREx export files are encountering an error for data element PerfAckCertLicCode due to the Industry Based Certification description exceeding the maximum allowed length of 61 characters. The Reason (ACT.RS) field on the Activities and Awards page needs to be updated with the most current IBC descriptions from TWEDS C214 Code Table to ensure that all IBC descriptions adhere to the maximum character length allowed.

TEA has updated the data element PPCDServiceLocation to now be ECSEServiceLocation. The Student Special Education Program Association entity must be updated so that the logic to extract this data for students now references ECSEServiceLocation.

Student Data
- Demographics - When the user clicks the Import button, a pop-up window is no longer displayed providing users the option to import from Online Enrollment or TREx. Now, clicking Import opens the Aeries Online Enrollment - Student List page allowing users to select a student who enrolled via Aeries Online Enrollment. The From TREx option was removed, as this feature is not currently supported. See Demographics.

- Student Data > Demographics (Export button > TREx Student Record) - The TREx export now includes Administrative Decision (ADS) discipline records for the current and prior school years for all state reportable codes when run through the 4th Thursday in October.

School Info > Imports and Exports > Texas State Reporting (Child Find) - The most recent enrollment was extracted for the StateOrganizationId element, which excluded the school of evaluation for students who switched schools. The StateOrganizationId now extracts the Campus ID of Evaluation.

Student Data > Demographics - The Export options for TREx did not include courses when there was one section with multiple courses numbers (i.e., Alt Ed Scheduling). Now all courses are included when one section has multiple course numbers.

TREx-Include All Current Year Discipline and Updated Element Requirements
Per Texas Legislative updates, all current year discipline incidents are required to be included in the TREx extract along with updated discipline elements and complex types.

Update the TREx AAR Transcript Extract file to include transcript indicators that have been entered on the Transcripts page.

Student Demographics (TREx Export - Transcript) - The SPECIAL-EXPLANATION-CODE element in the Academic Session complex type was only extracted if entered on the Courses page (Course Characteristics table (CCH)). The element is now also extracted from Transcripts page (Course History Characteristics table (CHC)) if present for courses entered directly on the transcript. See TREx Field Mapping.

Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 1/19/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
- Special Programs - The CTE Ineligible Funding (414) option was added to the Program Code drop-down list to identify students who are ineligible for CTE funding due to placement in a disciplinary setting. Program enrollment should cease the day before the student begins attendance in the discipline setting and resume the day after the student's last day in that setting. The option is used in calculations when the student was enrolled in this program for six or more consecutive school days.
