TX ED-FI: Update Fixed Codes with 2025-2026 TWEDS Course Codes Changes (Service ID)
Update the Service ID field on the Courses page to reflect changes in state course codes, as required by 2025-2026 TWEDS updates to the Course Codes table.

Student Counts and PE Days/Minutes per Week Incorrectly Populating for Non-Teacher of Record Classroom Positions
The StaffSectionAssociation entity is including students counts for course-sections where the Classroom Position is not 'Teacher of Record'. Additionally, PE course sections are including PE Days/Week and Minutes/Week for PE course-sections where the Classroom Position is not 'Teacher of Record'. TWEDS reporting guidance states that number of students and PE Days and Minutes per week data is only reported for course-sections when the Classroom Position is '01-Teacher of Record', all other Classroom Positions should report 0 students and should not include the additional PE data for applicable PE course-sections.

- The StaffSectionAssociation entity had the potential to report NumberOfStudentsInClass and the PE (Physical Education) weekly data elements for staff with ClassroomPosition other than 'Teacher of Record'. The entity now reports NumberOfStudentsInClass and the PE (Physical Education) weekly data elements only for the Teacher of Record and all other ClassroomPositions report 0 students and no PE weekly data elements in compliance with TWEDS reporting guidance.

TX: Student School Attendance Event entity - Aggregate Student Attendance Minutes by Date for OFSDP Flexible Attendance
Update the Student School Attendance Event entity to send a single record per student, per date with the Total Minutes per date for students participating in OFSDP Flexible Attendance program.

TX: Initialize ATT/CAR - Evaluate Start Date when Teacher Only day with Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes
The Initialize ATT/CAR process has the potential to not run as expected when the start date of a reporting period is coded as a Teacher Only day with reportable Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes. The process should evaluate a Teacher Only day with reportable Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes and use the next instructional day to populate ATT and CAR records.

TX Ed-Fi: Student Academic Record and Course Transcript Entity for Students in Grade Level Below 9 Completing High School Credit
All students completing high school credit courses must be reported with a Student Academic Record and a Course Transcript record, regardless of grade level. This data is not limited to students in grades 9 - 12.

- Texas Ed-Fi: The Course Transcript entity did not extract records for students below grade 9 and completing high school credit courses. The entity now extracts records for all students completing high school credit courses regardless of grade level.

Tx Ed-Fi: Flexible CTE Program Reporting Period Attendance Entity Not Reporting Values
Students participating in the OFSDP flexible attendance program may also participate in the CTE program and should have minutes reported to reflect their attendance in the CTE program while enrolled in OFSDP flexible attendance.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that this item has been completed and released in the update 2/25/2025. Here are the relevant release notes:
TSDS Ed-Fi - When resource not found errors occur due to a record being removed from the Ed-Fi ODS externally to Aeries, the Ed-Fi Sync process will now remove the invalid resource id information from EFD and create a new record in the ODS.

TX: Ed-Fi - StudentEdOrgAssociation Entity - Student Characteristics Begin Date in Prior Year
Students with descriptors having a begin date in a prior school year are not extracting and causing the districts to have missing data and/or errors occur in their Fall PEIMS submissions.

Texas State Reporting (Summer PEIMS) - In the StudentProgram extension, the TX-DyslexiaServicesCode element is no longer extracted for students identified as NOT having dyslexia or related disorder (TX-DyslexiaIndicator = 0), per the new Fatal Rule 40100-0233. Texas Specific:- Assertive Discipline - The Safe and Supportive School Program Team Review field (ADS.SSP) and its associated date (ADS.SDT) were added to support the new Summer PEIMS data element E1734.
- Texas State Reporting (Summer PEIMS) - The Student Discipline Incident Association Extension extract now includes the SAFE-SUPPORTIVE-SCHOOL-PROGRAM-TEAM-REVIEW (E1734) element according to the new specifications.

Add Green State Reporting Highlight to Adult Previous Indicator Field
When a school has the Dropout Recovery Campus Option (OPT.NM) selected on the School Options Page the Adult Previous Indicator (SSD.APA) becomes visible on the Secondary Student Data Page and should be highlighted in green to indicate this is a State Reportable Field.

Student Data > Other > Secondary Stu Data: For schools designated as Dropout Recovery Schools, the Adult Prev Att field was not displaying properly. Now, when the user option to Highlight State Reporting fields is activated, this field will display highlighted in green.
